April 14, 2014 at 9:00 AM - SAA Weekly Meeting

Rationale:  1.  Hiring Process:  Congratulations on the recommended hires we are taking to the board of education tonight.  We will be working on the following positions this week:  SPED, Kindergarten, Early Childhood, High School ELL, Social Studies,

2.  NeSA Testing:  Update on NeSA Testing at all levels.

3.  Parent-Teacher Conferences:  We will be hosting Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday. 

4.  Student Fees:  We need to discuss the process for setting and collecting student fees at all levels.  While we will continue for the remainder of this school year, we need to review the policy and procedures before collecting fees for the 2014-15 school year.

5.  Filemaker Programs

     A.  Requisition/Inventory:  The requisition program is on the filemaker server.  Any staff member who ordered last year will have that order on the server.  They will need to go in and decide if they want the same order or if it has been ordered through the

     B.  Textbook/Curriculum:  The textbook/curriculum program is on the filemaker server.  Please go in and prioritize your textbook updates. 

     C.  Building/Grounds:  The building and grounds program is on the filemaker server.  Please go in and check to make sure all areas of your building are identified.  You will then need to rank your areas to prioritize your building upgrades.
