Inventory Updates: The inventory updates are now closed for the audit. Staff can continue to update unfinished items throughout the year. 5. 2022 Strategic Plan Update: We have one more week (October 10) to update progress on the 2022 action plans. While we have the rest of October, November, and December to finish progress on this plan, we need to record completed items for our 2023 planning. 6. 2023 Strategic Planning: Kady Arps and I visited with Khushnum Kapur, our account representative, with ThoughtExchange. We discussed ideas for increasing parent participation and possible options for collecting input from staff/board. We have a follow-up meeting this afternoon following input from our leadership team. 7. School Safety: Dr. Lefdal and I attended a school safety workshop in Lincoln last Monday. One of the suggestions from the presenters is for us to highlight all of the safety efforts we have made in our district. Another suggestion, was to take our initial list from the leadership team and share it with staff in our buildings and allow them to add to the list to increase awareness as well as ownership in our safety programs. |
