1.  2nd Quarter Outstanding Employees:  The foundation will meet at noon today.  Principals should be at the board room at 1:00 to visit with foundation members to finalize 2nd Quarter Employees to be recognized on Monday, January 16th.
2.  Strategic Plan:  Attached is the final 2022 Strategic Plan Report.  Also attached is the 2023 draft.  We will finalize this after the workshops for board adoption in February.
3.  January PD Workshop Schedule:  Finalize the workshop schedule and release it to the staff to sign up for workshops.
4.  Book Review:  January Book review.
