Notes: Greg Pavlik and Darin Kovar are at APL Administrative training in West Point today.
1. Book Discussion "Mindset". Chapter 5 and Chapter 6. 2. Finance Report: See attached report 3. Administrative Performance Review: First semester administrative performance reviews will be completed in January. Principals must have their first semester observation schedules, self-evaluation forms, and Formative Review completed and submitted before leaving for Christmas break. The board of education will act on the superintendent's contract in January and other administrators, directors, and coordinators in February. 3. Strategic Planning Information
