Rationale:  1.  Book Review (Greater than Yourself):  Administrator read the first 4 Chapters in the book.  Chapters 5-12 are due 2/17, 13-20 due 2/25, and 21-28 due 3/2.

2.  CPR Training for staff:  $25 per person, Carol Reha said she had 17 interested.

3.  2015-16 Calendar Considerations:  We visited about some considerations for the first semester of the 2015-16 school year.  Dr. Hoesing will meet with SEA on Friday to discuss their input.

4.  Strategic Plan Overview:  We will begin work on the action plans for the 2015 strategic plan.  Dr. Hoesing will schedule meetings with board committees to discuss the first steps in this process.

5.  2015-16 Staff/Programs/Schedule Review:  Principals are to begin looking at program/schedule changes and possible staffing changes for the 2015-16 school year.
