Rationale: 1. Review Monthly Expense/Receipt Report

2. Set next meeting date: May 4th @ 4:00 PM

Action Plans:

Confirm dates for staff requisition and inventory completion. This has been a $400,000+ impact on our annual budget. We need to hold the line on spending, but not make it so tight that our teachers don't have the necessary resources to create great learning opportunities for our students.
1. COOP Orders open February 23^rd, due March 30^th.
2. FMP Requisitions open February 1^st, due May 1^st.
3. Inventory updates due June 1^st.
Review Draft copy of the Support Staff Salary Schedule for 2015-16.
Review Administrative Salary recommendations for 2015-16 school year.
Review State Aid information for the 2015-16 school year.
