1.  Textbook selection and textbook cycle update.

2.  Discuss Regular Program changes for the 2015-16 school year.

3.  Discuss Alternative School Program Changes for the 2015-16 school year.

5.  School Improvement Grant (SIG):  We are working on submission of a school improvement grant for the high school for the 2015-16 school year.  We are in competition with Omaha Public Schools and the Native American Schools, so our chance at being successful in this round is pretty slim.  We are hoping our success at the middle school has some impact on our application.

School Activities Program:  (Visual &Performing Arts, Athletics, Clubs, Youth Activities Program)

1.  Extra-Duty Assignments:  The board will approve the 2015-16 extra-duty assignments at their regular meeting on May 11th.  See attached information.
