Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported on the financial status of the district.

4.b. Board Report
Discussion:
Joe Berglund reported that the Negotiations Committee met with members of the SEA on March 11, 2020. The meeting went very well and the SEA members took the proposed agreement back to their members for final approval.

4.b.1. Americanism Civic Committee Report
Discussion:
The Americanism Civic Committee met this evening at 7 pm. Jeanette Meyer gave a presentation on the plans of the committee to support Civics education in our district.

Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported on the impacts that LB 974 may have on our district and recommendations on how the district may handle these changes.

Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported on the steps that are being taken to protect our staff, students and community during the COVID-19 outbreak. Spring NSCAS testing has been waived by the NDE.

Discussion:
The Principals shared the plans that they came up with the teachers to continue classes from home.

4.d. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Kenton reported that all upcoming events have been canceled until further notice. He plans to add a link to the school website so that parents can register new students including pre-school and kindergarten.

4.e. High School Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Wieseler reported that the March Student of the Month is Jaylea Pope. The students that traveled to Costa Rica returned safely. All upcoming events are canceled until further notice. We are unsure at this time if or when the ACT will be rescheduled for Juniors.
