Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported on the financial status of the district.

4.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported on how the COVID-19 pandemic and statewide DHM will affect our school including learning packets for lower elementary, graduation requirements for seniors and online learning for grades 3-12. Due to the DHM there will also be no summer school.

4.d. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Kenton reported that online learning is going well and the teachers are doing a great job of reaching out to parents through Zoom and phone calls. School-wide assessments will not take place this year. Working on Pre-K and Kindergarten registration online.

4.e. High School Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Wieseler reported that Jenna Wooldridge is the student of the month for April. Attendance in online learning is 90-95% and it is going well. Teacher evaluations are complete for 7-12 grade. ACTS & NSCAS are cancelled for this year. STOP grant is in progress and if approved will focus on school security.
