Discussion:
Melissa Wiehn addressed the board about graduation.

Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported on the financial status of the district.

4.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported that the DHM for our area has been extended through May 31st. Last day for online learning in the 13th and all work will be accepted with no loss of credit until May 19th. There will be students that will need to recover credits this summer and that program will be ran remotely. The lunch program is serving free lunches through June 26th to any child up to age 18 due to waivers put in place by the USDA. We are preparing to possibly add technology so that lower elementary id more prepared if there is another DHM in the late fall. At this time graduation is scheduled for August 1st with the hopes of a traditional ceremony. We will determine if changes need to be made based on recommendations from the Governor.

4.d. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Kenton reported that enrollment is 162. Preschool applications have been sent out and Kindergarten registration will be electronic through Powerschool this year. Kindergarten and 7th grade orientation will happen in the fall. Teachers have been attending meetings hosted by ESU. There will be summer learning activities for some students for reading.

4.e. High School Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Wieseler reported student of the month is Ethan Dack. Making plans for turning in chrome books. Virtual honors and activity banquets were posted on Friday. Graduation is set for August 1 and all items are in and ready to go.

5.b. High Ability Learners Program
Discussion:
Mrs. Gegg shared some information about the HAL program. There are 17 students between 3rd-12th grade that are identified as High Ability Learners. We are using the MAP, NSCAS tests to identify.
