Mrs. Gannon reported on the financial status of the district.

Discussion:
Final meeting with the McPherson & Jacobsen will be August 3rd to implement board and superintendent goals.

4.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mrs. Gannon reported that graduation is scheduled for August 1st at 3 pm and attendance will be limited. The first day of school will be August 12th and communication has started to let parents and students know what to expect. Plans are in place to host home football games with larger crowds. Lighting upgrades are underway in the kitchen and old commons area.

4.d. Principal's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Kenton reported that Mrs. Burmood is working on getting all high school students registered for fall classes, summer school was a success and all students that attended were able to recover necessary credits. Ms. Miller is finalizing preschool classes and both morning and afternoon will be full with no waiting list at this time. Mrs. Meyer is working with students this summer on individual reading plans. New playground equipment is being installed on the elementary playground.
