3. Request to address the Board of Education
Discussion:
Patron Jason Wiehn had a question about a senior citizens pass for grandparents outside of district, stating that senior citizens in the district can get a free Golden Age Pass. They currently would need to pay gate fee, or get individual passes or a family pass. His parents have grandchildren in other districts and have paid for passes for substantially less per person. The board and administration will look into it.

Discussion:
Building and grounds projects were reviewed
English Language Learners, Poverty, and Title Grants are being worked on and being submitted. The auditors for our 2017-18 audit will be here later this week.

4.d. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Pre-K enrollment is presently at 166 students.
Staff in-service on Sept. 24th will be used for Erueka Math training and winter benchmark goals. Parent Teacher conferences Sept. 19th & 20th ELL potluck party was Sept. 13th. Arranged by Mrs. Wiese and Miss Guerero Teammates mentoring program is up and running

4.e. High School Principal Report
Discussion:
Enrollment for grades 7-12 is at 136 students
Sept. 5th early out was used for MAP goal setting and data interpretation Parent Teacher Conferences will be Sept. 19th & 20th Our new Actively Learn software is working great. Students read articles on their computers and answer questions that check reading growth and proficiency. Fall activities are in full swing.
