Budget Workshop for Board members will take place on August 23rd at 7 pm. Retirement Reception for Mr. Gegg will take place on August 23rd from 1-3 pm at the Park Pavilion.

4.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mrs. Gannon reported that the new playground equipment is complete, new goal posts are up on the football field and classrooms are set up with desks spaced 6 ft apart. An engineer is preparing a summary of our upcoming HVAC and roofing needs. The first day of staff in-service focused on safety protocols, trained teachers on the new restraint policy, and also spent time developing consistent systems and organization for Schoology.

Discussion:
Mr. Kenton reported enrollment of 280 Students PK-12. Orientations were held for both Kindergarten and 7th grade students. Fall practices have begun and the Sports Drink Scrimmages will be held on 8/27 and 8/28.

Mrs. Gannon and Mr. Kenton shared a detailed plan for reopening schools safely. The plan includes Health and Disinfectant Procedures, Phases and Action Steps, Protocols for Symptoms and COVID Positive Cases, Virtual Learning and Unfinished Learning.
