Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported on the financial status of the district.

4.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported on Building and Grounds - bids for the greenhouse foundation and utility connections are coming in, gutters for the high school and elementary aprons are going to be installed. 2019-2020 calendar is in the works. TVC Conference basketball - we hosted the girl’s and boy’s semi-finals and finals conference basketball tournament the week of Jan 31st through Feb 2nd. Staff openings - We’ve been advertising for our two elementary teaching positions as well as the music position. Letters of Intent- for both certified and classified staff will be going out the week of February 18th. Drivers Education - we are looking into hosting our own driver's education program. District newsletter will be published on Feb. 18th

4.d. Elementary Principal Report

Elementary Principal Report
Mr. Kenton reported PK - 6th enrollment is 157, PBIS Team training - working to implement school wide classroom system. Preschool round-up has been scheduled for April 5th. Hoops for Heart will kick off on February 15th. MAP test results were shared with parents at PT conferences.

4.e. High School Principal Report

High School Principal Report
Mr. Wieseler reported 7th-12th enrollment is 135, PT conferences had a good turn out with MAP test results shared with parents, we hosted a JH Quiz Bowl on January 23rd, the week of Feb. 18th is FFA week with many activities planned, 9th & 10th grade students will be attending a career fair in GI on Feb 27th.

5.a. A resolution approving the issuance of up to $2,840,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2019, for the purpose of refunding the District's outstanding General Obligation Bonds, Series 2014, and authorizing the redemption of all or portion of such Series 2014 Bonds.
