Committee members from Negotiations and School Improvement gave updates on committee meetings.

7.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Dr. Gannon stated QCPUF funds can be secured for the weight room HVAC and the roof resurfacing projects. Building and Grounds committee will be reviewing quotes and a timeline for the HVAC and roof projects, QCPUF fund payments, and quotes and timeline for varsity locker rooms renovations. CARES reimbursement is available from NDE for COVID related supplies. Staff vaccinations are coming. Dr. Gannon discussed several options concerning school finance consultants.

7.d. Principal's Report
Discussion:
Current enrollment is at 278 students. Staff is working hard to implement Professional Development received this year and a book study is also underway. Admin is doing trend walks and will have data to share next month. A senior parent meeting was held to discuss Graduation. Congratulations to Jose Montanez for winning the District Voice of Democracy essay contest. JH Boys Basketball has begun and this week is filled with JH and HS home basketball games, and a home wrestling tournament and speech meet. MAP testing will take place next week.
