Mr. Gegg reported on the financial status of the district.

Discussion:
Kris Spellman submitted her resignation from the Board of Education as of the end of the June Board meeting due to personal reasons. The board reluctantly accepted her resignation with thanks for her time on the school board.
Upcoming NASB Events include Area Membership meeting, Labor Relations Conference, and the State Education Conference in Nov 2019. |

4.b.1. Discussion on possible random drug testing of students who participate in extra curricular activities.

Board discussed adopting a random drug testing policy and program for the students that participate in school activities for the upcoming year.

Mr.Gegg reported on work progress going on in and around the building and track, and is working on the budget.

4.d. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Kenton reported PK - 6th enrollment is 159 students. He and Mr. Wieseler attended professional development at ESU 10 on Strategic Leadership. Dates have been scheduled for staff ALP and MTSS training throughout the 19-20 school year. He and several staff members attended a PBIS Team training in North Platte. Reading Mastery training will be held in July and Eureka Math training in August.

4.e. High School Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Wieseler reported 7-12 Enrollment at 134 students. He attended Professional Development training at ESU 10. AQUESST Written Curriculum has been completed for most classes. Fourteen students enrolled in summer school for credit recovery. Planning for HUDL Focus to broadcast home games streamed via YouTube Live. Uniform rotation established, equipment room cleaned out and reorganized, and inventory system developed. Wood River JH co-op with jerseys ordered and schedules finalized. Finishing up 2019-20 activities schedules, looking at future schedules. Summer weights and sports are underway.
