Mr. Gegg reported on the financial status of the district.

Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported that we have a School Safety Inspection coming up. The district has ordered a 28 passenger mini-bus. He gave an update on building and grounds as well as federal reports he is working on.

4.d. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Kenton reported PK - 6th enrollment is 160. He is currently working on year five of the Preschool Continuation Grant. Summer school is underway with 35 elementary students enrolled.

4.e. High School Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Wieseler reported 7-12 Enrollment - 125 - professional development - Jeremy will be attending NSAA AD Outreach Seminar, Coaches Clinic and Administrator Days. Summer school 14 students enrolled with 55 credits recovered. Athletics - 19-20 Schedules finalized and posted, fall practices begin on 8/12, fall sports scrimmages scheduled for 8/23.
