Clark Plihal addressed the board concerning the new drug testing policy.

4.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported that the first two days with staff went well. The greenhouse is almost complete, the junior high locker rooms were remodeled this summer, a few smart boards were replaced in the elementary and the fence around the elementary playground should be completed this week. We will be receiving a little over $31,000 in REAP Grant funding that will be used for technology that benefits students. The budget for 2019-20 is nearly complete.

4.d. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Kenton reported the PreK-6th grade enrollment is 161. The PreK Continuation Grant has been approved. We are working on the written curriculum for Eureka Math. The open house was held on August 9th. The TeamMates board is working on fundraising and recruiting new mentors.

4.e. High School Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Wieseler reported that 7-12 enrollment is 127. Professional Development - Teacher In-Service days 8/8 & 8/9; Coaches Clinic 7/23-7/25 and Administrator Days 8/1 & 8/2. On August 13th the school hosted speaker Demoine Adams. Fall athletics kicked off this week with the first contests starting at the end of the month.
