A motion was passed in a prior meeting to excuse Joe Berglund from all of tonight's meetings. No visitors were present. Administrators Gannon, Kenton, and Meyer were present.

Discussion:
Dr. Gannon gave a financial update on the District. The Board and Dr. Gannon also discussed having another budget meeting for the Board in August.

4.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Dr. Gannon gave an update on the status of the summer Buildings and Grounds projects, as well as a follow-up on the School Vehicle Use policy. She provided bids from 2 separate Engineers to oversee the HVAC projects. There is a budget workshop through NASB in Wood River on July 26th.

4.d. Principal's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Kenton gave an update on the Professional Development some staff members will be participating in during the next month. Summer school should be wrapping up in the next 2 weeks. HS students will have an opportunity earn community service hours during Elementary playground clean up day on July 26th. The week prior to school starting will be busy with Kindergarten and 7th grade orientation, Technology roll-out, and Elementary Open House.
