4.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Gegg reported that the safety committee is working on renumbering all the rooms in the building to make them more consistent. Once completed a new map will be shared with local officials. The IDEA Title Accountability Grant has been approved. The SPED Final Financial Report has been approved by the NDE.

4.d. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Kenton reported that PK-6th enrollment is 163. Professional Development - elementary and high school staff will have learning walks where they observe and share ideas with one another. Grandparent's Day will be November 27th. FastBridge assessments will take place December 17-18. NSCAS individual student reports were mailed home. The PreK classes have been entered into a program called Step Up to Quality.

4.e. High School Principal and Athletic Directors Report
Discussion:
Mr. Wieseler reported 7th-12th enrollment is 127. Veteran's Day Program was held today. Some High School students will participate in the Sportsmanship and Leadership Summit on November 20 in Kearney. Winter Sports Athlete and Parent Meeting will be on 11/14. Junior High winter sports kick off this week. Football Coop update - working through colors and mascots and JV games are being scheduled.
