Discussion:
Six individuals addressed the Board of Education: Richard Rogers, Dana Tompkin, Alisia Hopkins, Corey Hopkins, Jim Rayburn, and Kari Willis. All spoke in opposition of the mask mandate.

Discussion:
Dr. Gannon gave an update on the financial status of the District.

State School Board Convention is Nov 17th-19th.

4.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Dr. Gannon shared the safety audit from Alicap. Recommendations they are working on include fixing/replacing emergency lights in the weight room, a boiler inspection, and investigating options to shut the gas off in Mrs. Rabbe’s room. Quotes are being obtained on possible science and ag supplies to be purchased with donor funds. There has been a slight increase in land valuations that came out Oct 7. Current school auditors will be increasing costs next year so looking at other options for next year.

4.d. Principal's Report
Discussion:
Enrollment is at 275 students PK-12. Parent Teacher Conference attendance was 43% in the JH/HS and 85% in the Elementary. There is a Sportsmanship and Leadership Summit for HS students Nov 17th in Kearney. PBIS is creating a brand and developing common expectations. Mr. Kenton shared trend walk data where the focus was on learning targets, success criteria and student teaming.
