4.c. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Buildings & Grounds - Greenhouse is up and running. Going to install gutters and downspouts on the elementary and high school entrance canopies and the weight room roof. Hallways, lunchroom, and gym floors will be scrubbed and finished over the holiday break. SPED Proportionate Share Report was submitted and approved by NDE. ESSA Grant was sent back from NDE for a revision. State Safety Inspections are complete and the safety committee will review and implement any changes.

4.d. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Current Enrollment PK-6th Grade: 163 Students. FastBridge middle of the year benchmark assessments will be held on December 17th and 18th. Elementary Christmas Concert is scheduled for December 17th. Grandparents and Special Friends Day has been scheduled for December 20th. TEAMMATES Mentor Christmas Celebration will be held on December 15th. Miss Hubbert and 6 students from 4th, 5th, and 6th grade attended the 2019 Elementary Science Olympiad @ ESU 10 on December 10th.

4.e. High School Principal Report
Discussion:
Current Enrollment 7-12 Grade: 127 Students. Academic All-State - 8 students earned this award for the fall sports season. Q1 Honor Roll - 11 students on the A honor roll & 27 students on the B honor roll. Semester Tests will be 12/17/19 and 12/19/19. One Act Play - We placed 5th out of 10 teams at the district meet at Cross County on 12/4/19.
