3.1. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to review and action on the bid and contract for with for the construction of the High School Career and Technical Education (CTE) Addition for Wisner-Pilger Public Schools with WA Klinger LLC.

Discuss, consider and take all necessary action to approve the District entering into a Tax Anticipation Note with Citizens State Bank in the amount of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000.00) in accordance with the budget of the District for the two fiscal years of the District beginning September 1, 2019, and ending August 31, 2021.
