3.1. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to the Findings and Recommendations of the Selection Committee for the position of Construction Manager at Risk for the proposed early childhood learning facility addition project.

3.2. Discuss and consider the adoption of a resolution authorizing the creation of the Wisner-Pilger Educational Facilities Leasing Corporation and authorizing the District to enter into one or more lease purchase financings with said Corporation in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $3,100,000, for the purpose of leasing certain educational facilities and equipment from the Corporation.

3.3. Discuss, consider and possibly vote to approve an increase to the school district’s property tax request authority by an additional seven percent, or other maximum amount as permitted by law, above the base growth percentage.

3.4. Consider the recommendation to hire for vacancies.

3.5. Review and consider for approval the district's Emergency Operations Plan.

3.6. Authorize the Superintendent to pay August bills at the end of the month.
