Discussion/Action on setting Tyson Utility Rates.

Approve HVAC system for City Office. 

NEW BUSINESS: 

Open Public Hearing to receive public comments concerning the application of WR Saloon LLC for the application of a Class CK-126295 Liquor License. 

Discussion/Action on approving Whiskey River to be able to off sell Spirits until 2 AM.

Discussion/Action on a personnel issue, possible executive session.

Discussion/Action on Baseball/Softball Coordinator position and Concessions staff.

Close public hearing on the application of WR Saloon LLC for a Class CK-126295 Liquor License.

Discussion/Action to approve the application of a Class CK-126295 Liquor License for WR Saloon LLC.

The Council will review the above matters and take such action as they deem appropriate.
The Council may enter into executive session on certain matters authorized under the Nebraska Open Meetings Act.
