Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to review of proposals received from prospective candidates for the position of Construction Manager at Risk for the proposed additions to the existing building for the purpose of adding approximately 150 students and upgrading and renovating the existing facility at the Gering High School in Gering, Nebraska (the Project); such action to include interviews of the candidates determined by the Selection Committee to be finalists for the CM@R position for the Projects, and the development and adoption of findings, recommendations and ranking in order of preference of the finalist CM@R candidates for presentation to the Board of Education of the Gering Public Schools.
