8.1. Discuss, consider and take action regarding approval of the Negotiated Professional Agreement between the Gering Public Schools Board of Education and the Gering Education Association for the 2021-2022 contract year.

8.2. Discuss, consider and take necessary action with regard to a proposed resolution to establish a line of credit at Western States Bank up to the amount of two months of operating expenses of the general fund.

8.3. Discuss, consider and take action with respect to a proposed amendment of the Gering Public Schools 403(b) Plan as follows:
RESOLVED: That the 403(b) Plan be amended in the form attached hereto, which amendment is herby adopted and approved; RESOLVED FURTHER: That the appropriate officers of Gering Public Schools be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute said amendment on behalf of the school district; RESOLVED FURTHER: That the officers of Gering Public Schools be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to take any and all actions and execute and deliver such documents as they may deem necessary, appropriate or convenient to effect the foregoing resolutions including, without limitation, causing to be prepared and filed such reports, documents or other information as may be required under applicable law. |
