4.1. Discuss, consider, and take action regrading approval of bids presented by the following companies for the tennis site improvements (Earth Works). Bid recap is as follows:
Anderson-Shaw Construction $227,026.69 Mark Chrisman Trucking Inc. $180,484.82 Paul Reed Construction $217,640.69 A request for proposals was posted on May 7,8, and 11 with the bid open date ending May 13, 2022. Due to proven record of performance, the business was awarded to Mark Chrisman Trucking, Inc. who presented the lowest bid. |
