Dr. Adler discussed Steve Snodgrass receiving his award. Staff were on the panel and shared about home visits. Bo Buettenbeck, our new Basketball Coach, was inducted into the Hastings Hall of Fame. |

Discussion:
Andrea Hartman, the RPS Americanism Dept. Chair, was special guest for this meeting. The current Americanism Policy was reviewed and discussed, as well as current practices.

Discussion:
Mr. Buckingham updated the Board on the yearly safety review. We have safety protocols in place district-wide. We are utilizing online safety training through ALICAP first quarter. Safety Committee meetings are held monthly. New staff participate in pre-employment physical screening for specific positions. Mr. Buckingham shared the Building Safety Plan, Annual Safety Requirements, and a reunification plan.
