3.2. Food Service Management Company Annual Renewal (Action)

Mr. Buckingham will visit with the Board of Education about approving the annual renewal of the Food Service Management Company (FSMC) contract with Sodexo. The Ralston Public Schools has selected Sodexo as their FSMC through an approved and publicized call for proposal process that is conducted every five years. This annual renewal would be inside of the five year window. Mr. Buckingham will inform the Board of Education on the details of the contract and performance over the last year and ask that the Board renew this contract for the 2018/2019 school year.
