Rationale:
Mr. Coady Pruett of KSB School Law, will be attending the meeting to present the concept of Construction Manger at Risk Method of Construction. This method of construction is one suggested choice for the Board of Education to consider if the Future Ready Ralston Bond vote is successful. Mr. Pruett will outline the details required to use the Construction Manager at Risk method as well as review Board of Education Policy 3042 Construction Management as Risk Contracts.
