The Board of Education will consider, discuss, and take all necessary action to: (a) evaluate proposals for the construction management at risk contract, and (b) rank each construction management at risk proposal on the basis of best meeting the criteria in the request for proposals and taking into consideration the recommendation of the construction management at risk selection committee.
The Board of Education has published and received proposals to hire a construction firm to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the Ralston High, Ralston Middle and Seymour Elementary improvement projects. The District construction manager at risk evaluation committee has reviewed all the proposals, heard presentations from selected organizations, and moved organizations forward to be considered by the Board of Education. The Board of Education has also heard presentations and reviewed information on the recommended finalists.
