2. Construction Manager at Risk Board Interviews

Rationale:
The Board of Education has published and received proposals to hire a construction firm to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the Ralston High, Ralston Middle and Seymour Elementary improvement projects. The District construction manager at risk evaluation committee has reviewed all the proposals, heard presentations from selected organizations, and moved organizations forward to be considered by the Board of Education. During this work session the Board of Education will hear presentations and review information on the recommended finalists. During the regular meeting of the Board of Education the Board will rank order the proposals to move forward for contract negotiations.
