Aaron Bredenkamp outlined the District's Voluntary Separation Program detailed in Policy 4055 at the October 9th Meeting of the Board of Education. Each year the Board of Education will consider offering the program to certified staff. Consideration normally happens in November. As mentioned, Aaron outlined the details of the program, next steps, and recommendations for the 2023-2024 school year at the last Board of Education Meeting. The administration asks that the Board of Education approve the Voluntary Separation Resolution and budget for the 2023-2024 school year.
