15. Approval of Southeast Nebraska Development District Recommendation for the 2022 David City Owner-Occupied Rehab Project #017 to MIT Contracting in the amount of $34,004.27;

16. Approval of Southeast Nebraska Development District Recommendation for the 2022 David City Owner-Occupied Rehab Project #021 to MIT Contracting in the amount of $40,000.00;

17. Approval of Southeast Nebraska Development District Recommendation for the 2022 David City Owner-Occupied Rehab Project #022 to MIT Contracting in the amount of $40,000.00;

18. Reappointment of Marlene Hein to the David City Housing Authority Board of Commissioners for a five-year term ending May 2030;
