Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to establish a total compensation package for the position of Head of Maintenance and Transportation for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year and 2020-2021 school years and to provide the Superintendent authority to adjust Board policy 4040 to match the outcome of the hiring process.
