F.1. Convene to Executive Session
a. Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(i)(II), for the purpose of conducting further interviews of one or more of persons whom the Board has named as finalists for the position of Superintendent of Schools and whom the Board has just interviewed in a forum open to the public; and b. Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(i)(I), (III) and (IV), to discuss negotiations concerning the terms of an employment contract with one or more finalists for the position of Superintendent of Schools, to prioritize among such finalists for purposes of such negotiation, and to instruct the Board president and Board’s attorney to begin contract negotiations with one or more candidates for such position. |
