1. Call Meeting to Order:  Declare meeting legal, open and affirm advance notice of meeting.  The open meeting laws are posted on the west gym wall.  Roll call:  Happold, Lyon, Obermeier, Schutt, Watson, Wilson.

8.A. Discuss and take action to lease a portion of Giltner Public School's Special Services Building to Little Stingers (GADC), for the cost of all utilities for both buildings, for the year beginning August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023.

8.B. Discuss and take necessary action to approve the addendum for the selling of the school home located at 6035 N Commercial, Giltner NE in the amount of $166,860.00, to Josh Hinrichs.
