1. Call Meeting to Order:
Declare meeting legal, open, and affirm advance notice of meeting.  The open meeting laws are posted on the north wall of the library.  Roll call:  Happold, Lyon, Most, Rath, Schutt, Wilson.  Request a motion that it hereby be determined to be legal and in open session. Time____________

8.A. Take all necessary actions to approve the Giltner Association of Educators, as the negotiations representative of the teacher's organization.

8.B. Review the Superintendent evaluation  process and timeline, October review, November after the board meeting send out the evaluation to all board members, have it returned and review results at December board meeting.

8.C. Discuss and listen to the experts on the continued Giltner Public Schools facility project.
