5. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to authorizing negotiation of architect contract with top ranked architect firm
Recommended Motion(s):
Motion by ___________________ / Second by ___________________ to authorize, direct, and delegate to the President of the Board of Education, Superintendent of Schools, or other designee, to negotiate a contract with __________________, as the highest ranked architect firm, on terms and conditions deemed in the best interest of the School District, and then, upon completion of such negotiation and all other terms, conditions, and requirements of
law, policy, and practice, to present all appropriate contract documents for contract adoption and approval by the Board of Education (roll call vote): Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
