Rationale:  Notice of the meeting was given in advance by publishing in the Dakota County Star. All proceedings hereafter shown took place while convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public.

Rationale:  Rational: Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action with regard to the recommendation of the administration to the Board of Education that the continuing contract of Malina Ard should be canceled immediately for incompetency, neglect of duty, unprofessional conduct, insubordination, breach of material provisions of her contract, and other conduct which interferes substantially with the continued performance of her duties.

Rationale:  Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action with regard to the recommendation of the administration to the Board of Education that the continuing contract of Reann Jaminet should be canceled immediately for incompetency, neglect of duty, unprofessional conduct, insubordination, breach of material provisions of her contract, and other conduct which interferes substantially with the continued performance of her duties.

Rationale:  The board may go into executive session, for the protection of public interest.
