Mayor Rump opens a public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Von Loh Development, Justin Von Loh, 1626 Washington Street, Blair, Nebraska, on Lot 28, 29 And 30, Block 37, City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska (1600 Washington St) for five (5) condominiums on the second floor and five (5) condominiums on a future third floor of the downtown business building for 20 years.
