5. Mayor Rump opens a public hearing to consider Ordinance 2535 adopting an updated Future Land-Use Map for Tax Lots 45 and 81 in Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 12, All East of the 6th PM, Washington County, Nebraska, changing “Commercial” use to “Industrial” use.

Mayor Rump opens a public hearing to consider Ordinance 2536 amending the City of Blair Zoning Regulations Section 10 by adding Section 1008 SHC – Special Mixed Use Agricultural/Highway Commercial District (SHC), as an overlay district intended to accommodate unique land use and other distinctive characteristics of the east-central area of the Agricultural/Highway Commercial District (ACH).

Mayor Rump opens a public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Robert Busboom, 1129 Skyline Drive, Blair, Nebraska, to allow a warehouse with inside packaging of an all-natural and organic humate and enzyme mixture for agricultural use on Lots 4,5 & 6 in Block 86 in the Fourth Addition to the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska (202 S. 10th St.) for 10 years. Humate is described as a natural soil additive that contributes to healthier plants and better soil. It is not volatile.
