2. Rental Program Guidelines – previously approved by the Council and Attorney on May 4, 2024, as part of the NAHTF application. Requires revision to include the requirement for prospective rental applicant to complete a U.S. Citizenship attestation Form prior to submitting a Tenant Application (ref. p. 1).

Discussion and action on approval of SCEDD’s Professional Services Agreement to provide General Administration as defined in the 24TFRH34017 award for grant administration services, eligible for Department of Economic Development reimbursement.

Discussion and action on the Request for Bid process and timing for selection of an engineer for design construction-ready civil plans (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, etc.), to be included in the Request for Bid process for selection of a General Contractor.
