Discussion and action to achieve the release of funds for the following special conditions must be met and require Council approval:
1. Fair Housing Activity – updated statement affirming the plan to further Fair Housing through the proposed planned actions, signed by the Mayor. 2. Rental Program Guidelines – previously approved by the Council and Attorney on May 4, 2024, as part of the NAHTF application. Requires revision to include the requirement for prospective rental applicant to complete a U.S. Citizenship attestation Form prior to submitting a Tenant Application (ref. p. 1). a. Rental Program Guidelines Checklist – updated page numbers to reflect additional paragraphs. b.
