5.A. Approve Resignation of math teacher Sarah Wall and Jennifer Kotschwar SPED, their letters are attached.

5.C. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action for approval of Implementation of the Wilcox-Hildreth Public Schools Facilities Improvement Project at the Wilcox campus. 

5.D. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action to approve purchasing stage lighting from Heartland Scenic Studio, Inc. for stage lighting for $5,510.00.

5.E. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action to approve the excused absence of board member Kert Hansen.

6. Discussion Items

6.A. Deterdings submitted a bid of $12,007.23 to repair the Kid pool.  The pool circulation pump does not work and the drain does not work.  I recommend that the district NOT pay for this repair.  Maybe the city can solicit donations to come up with enough money for these repairs.  Last year we paid for some repairs to the main pool, I'm afraid this is just the beginning of some upcoming major expenses.
