5.C. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action to transfer $42,000 from the General Fund to the Depreciation Fund for the future purchase of transportation.  

5.D. Discuss, Consider and take all necessary action to allow Wilcox-Hildreth staff members to donate up to (2) two Sick Leave Days to staff members Jordan Volk, Lynette Gruwell and June Stratman once they have used their own Sick Leave and Personal Leave.
