Discuss, Consider and take all necessary action to approve a work agreement, for the amount of $6000, with Wilkins ADP to examine costs related to the demolition of the 1947 building in Wilcox and replacing it with a ground level structure, as well as examine the Hildreth campus and study program options including but not necessarily limited to, upgrading the 1930's building's HVAC and windows along with updating the electrical service, restrooms and kitchen. This contract is for a study only.
