5.A. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to adopt resolution
increasing the school district’s base growth percentage used to determine
the school district’s property tax request authority by up to seven percent
(7%).

5.B. Discuss, consider, and take action on ConsensusDocs 830 Standard Owner and Construction Manager as Agent Agreement (CM Provides General Condition Items) with BD Construction, Inc. (Kearney)

5.C. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action to approve the Shannon Howell as a local substitute.

5.D. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action to change the transportation pay rates for the 2024-2025 school year

5.E. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action to approve the purchase of activity vehicles to replace non-compliant vehicles.

6. Discussion Items

6.A. Student Transportation Vehicles- 12-15 Passenger Transit vans cannot be used to transport students. The district owns two of these vehicles. Options will be presented to the board for replacing two vehicles that are classified as 12 passenger vehicles.
