C.7. to increase the 2022-23 base pay to $36,300 (an increase of 3.35% total package), to increase pay for unused sick leave to $50/day (maximum of 10 days after accumulating 55 days). Teachers may use four days per year for personal leave at their discretion. After a teacher has taught in the system for three years, they may carry over 2 days of personal leave to the next year, never to accumulate more than 6 personal days in any given year.
