Discussion:
Frecks shared the Halloween costume parade was well attended and thanked the community for sharing treats. Nate Neuhaus was here from NSAA spoke to the Herds are going well and NSP Trooper Flick will be here to present 11/22 to the Herds. Nice Veterans Day tributes by the students. Bauer shared that students will attend the NSAA Sportsmanship Summit on 11/16. PISA testing (National Testing) will be 11/17 with WP 15 year old students, there will be 25 students tested. RPAC 11/19 in Bartley (last play of the day). District One Act 11/28 in Holdrege. RPAC VB Peyton 1st team, GraCee, Halle honorable mention. District Football awards Jacksen Littrel, Kyle Jutten, Grayden Sutherland.

Discussion:
Paul Calvert is retiring 6/30/2023. The board will begin the director search. Todd Wiemers shared his technology report teaching 3-8 grade at Southwest and there will be a new Eduroar rolling out in March 2023.
